Working Principle
1. Loading: Manually or mechanically place products into MAP trays/containers, push to working position.
2. Vacuum: Sealed chamber presses down, evacuates air from chamber and package head, creating oxygen-free environment.
3. Gas Flushing: Fill with nitrogen (anti-crushing), carbon dioxide (bacteriostatic) or mixed gas according to product requirements.
4. Heat Sealing: Complete film heat sealing and trimming simultaneously, smooth and tight packaging effect.
