Automatic loading and unloading cage system ensures continuous efficient operation of entire post-sterilization system, mainly composed of automatic loading system, partition board collection system, automatic unloading system, and cage basket conveying system. Mainly applied to automatic loading before sterilization and automatic unloading after sterilization for PE bottles, glass bottles, two-piece cans, three-piece cans beverages.

Process Flow:

1. Filled products enter loading machine via conveyor, automatically code products into cage baskets in order;

2. Full basket conveying line automatically sends products to retort;

3. Sterilized products sent to unloading machine via cage basket conveying line, automatically removed from cage baskets;

4. Removed products automatically sent to post-packaging equipment for inspection and packaging via conveyor;

5. Hydraulic lifting system uses two-stage scissor lifting platform, avoiding traditional cylinder foundation digging disadvantages;

6. Full-automatic loading/unloading uses pneumatic gripping mechanism, avoiding can falling during transfer;

7. Partition board suction uses German PIAB vacuum system, stable vacuum, cyclic operation, fully automatic无人 operation;

8. Entire system requires only one operator, full-automatic servo loading/unloading achieves 5 layers per minute, stable, reliable operation with high production efficiency.
