Working Principle of Laboratory Retort
Products loaded into baskets enter the retort, door closes. Door is locked through triple safety interlock throughout sterilization process. Select sterilization method by knob or operation screen, download program to PLC, start sterilization program after verification,全程 automatic according to sterilization program.
Retort equipped with spiral wound heat exchanger, during heating and cooling stages, process water in retort passes through shell side, while steam and cooling water pass through tube side, thus sterilized products do not directly contact steam and cooling water, achieving sterile heating and cooling.
Temperature uniformity in retort: ±0.5°C, pressure control: ±0.05Bar.
